More Than 100 Years of Combined Experience: Attorney and Staff Biographies

As a successful trial attorney with a broad civil trial practice, Shep has obtained favorable jury verdicts for each of the following different causes of action as lead attorney: wrongful death, punitive damages, premises liability, business litigation, construction defect, assault, product liability, invasion of privacy, and ordinary negligence. Shep successfully tried his first wrongful death case (multiple fatalities) to jury verdict in 1997. As an experienced trial attorney, including probate litigation, Shep has taken hundreds of depositions, attended well over 100 mediations, and has successfully resolved thousands of litigated disputes. Shep joined the Firm in 2005.
